How big is it, really?

Every size against a 7 ft wall and a 5′6″ figure. If you are between sizes, the larger one is rarely the regret.

Curator’s note

An owl in navy pinstriped pajamas sits bolt upright in a pink striped armchair, book open, yellow eyes meeting yours over the pages. Striped wallpaper, two potted plants and a small stack of books complete a scene pitched somewhere between a children's picture book and a poster for staying in. The occasion is real: National Library Week has been marked every April since 1958, and this design is dated April 6–12, 2025. The light wood frame repeats the poster's storybook softness better than black, which would harden the pink. Pick 12×18 in for a reading nook or child's bedroom, and hang it beside a bookshelf rather than above one — the owl reads best at seated eye level.
